Hi, my name is Chuck McClary.

I am a photographer and videographer, both professional and hobbyist. Professionally, I have produced photos and videos for the Cosmosphere—a space museum in Hutchinson, Kansas. My photos from Cosmosphere camps, events, and school visits feature people in candid moments, and I have photographed much of the museum’s collection of space artifacts, both large and small. The Cosmosphere’s videos which I have both filmed and edited are fun, entertaining, and educational. I was also the cinematographer on Moon on the Prairie, an Oak Hollow Studios documentary about the Cosmosphere which aired on KPTS Wichita on October 26, 2023.

My personal photography focuses mainly on landscapes. I have a particular affinity for colorful sunsets, brilliant sunrises, and images of the Milky Way which include a landscape element to ground the viewer.
